Guarantee Policy. Credit card details are required in writing at the time of
booking to secure your reservation.Once we have received your information,
we will send an e-mail or fax confirming your reservation, usually within 24
hours. CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY: If you cancel or shorten your reservation
7 days prior to your arrival date, there will be no charge. If Guest fail to
arrive there will be a charge of one night stay. If you shorten your
reservation up to 7 days prior to your arrival date, including during your
stay, or have fewer guests than originally booked, the cost of the original
reservation will be assessed.
